okcCoCo Service Regulations
Social Area
The social area is at the center of the okcCoCo and is furnished with couches, chairs and coffee tables. The social area is available to all members, day pass visitors and event attendees. In this area, members may both socialize and work, as desired. Members may make and receive phone calls in this area but should be respectful of the overall noise level, keeping it to a conversational level.
Coworking Area
The coworking area is furnished with large desks and chairs suitable for daily work. All members, except those with a Basic Membership, have access to use this area. Desks are available on a first-come first-served basis and may be used for the entire duration of the day during business hours. Members on a day pass or flex plan have priority on usage of the coworking area. All other members may be bumped from the coworking area in the case of high demand by flex plan members or day pass members.
Classroom Area
The classroom area is located in the east most portion of okcCoCo. When no events are taking place, all members on a flex plan or better may use the space for the purposes of working.
Conference Room
The conference room, Suite 500, is furnished with a conference table and chairs. The conference room is intended for meetings, discussions, work or to take phone calls. The conference room door must be closed when in use to limit noise. All members, except those with a Basic Membership, will have access to the conference room on a first-come first-served basis. Members who are on the flex 12 day per month membership or better have priority usage of the conference room and may reserve the conference room for up to two hours per day, at most three times per week. Special requests for longer reservations may be made with okcCoCo staff. The conference room may also be reserved by anyone for a fee.
Board Room
The board room, Suite 1000, is furnished with a conference table, chairs, projector and projection screen. The board room is intended for meetings with clients and other collaborative members. The board room door must be closed when in use in order to limit noise. All members, except those with a Basic Membership, will have access to the board room on a first-come first-served basis. Members who are on the flex 20 day per month membership or better have priority usage of the board room and may reserve the board room for up to two hours per day, at most three times per week. Special requests for longer reservations may be made with okcCoCo staff. The board room may also be reserved by anyone for a fee.
Secured Area
The secured area is located in the upper level of the okcCoCo. Access to this area is restricted by electronic keycard access control. Only members with a Fixed Monthly or Office Membership will have access to the secured area. Mail will be sorted and placed in mail boxes located in this space.
Fixed Desk Area
The Fixed Desk Area is located in the Secured Area. The fixed desk area is configured as a shared workspace with a number of individual workspaces delineated as suites. Each suite in the Fixed Desk Area is furnished with tables, chairs, and a lockable filing cabinet. Members who reserve a suite in this area may leave personal items in their suite. No Member other than the member who has reserved a given suite in the Fixed Desk Area shall enter or otherwise disturb, use or remove the furniture or personal belongings in that suite.
Offices
Offices are located in the Secured Area and in the lower level. Offices are provided unfurnished. Furniture and personal items may be placed in the offices. No Member other than the member(s) listed on the Reserved Area Agreement shall enter or otherwise disturb, use or remove the furniture or personal belongings in that suite. Trash in cans set outside the door of an office will be picked up each morning. Office doors should be kept shut when the occupant(s) are having a conversation, answering a phone call, or otherwise creating any noise that might disturb people outside of their office.
Internet
Access to the Internet is provided to all members, but requires a computer with 802.11b, g, or n wireless support. Flex Members will be required to log in to a portal to gain access to the Internet. Fixed Monthly memberships and better have access to a secured, encrypted, private wireless network as well as hard wired ethernet connections. Unencrypted Internet access on that is bandwidth throttled is available to all guests.
Service Provider Directory, Hire Local Campaign, Cobranding
All members will be able to advertise their business in an online directory. The collaborative will engage in print and electronic advertising campaigns to drive clients to the service provider directory. For example, the Hire Local Campaign will promote the value of hiring local (as opposed to national) technology freelancers to businesses in central Oklahoma. As part of a Reserved Space Agreement, member business will also have the opportunity for cobranding with the collaborative at events and in the media. The objective of the service provider directory, marketing campaigns, and cobranding will be to increase the business opportunities for members.
Job Board
All members may place job listings for employment at companies that they own. Members will be able to post listings for both full-time and contract work.
Coffee
Coffee is provided using a Keurig Single Serving Cup Coffee Brewing system if you provide your own mug and limit yourself to one K-Cup per coffee. Depending on usage, limits may be placed on Member usage of this service.
Coworking Visa
The coworking visa allows members to use other coworking facilities across the world for free, for up to three days while traveling. Members must request a written statement from okcCoCo one week in advance of traveling that can be presented to the other facility to use their services. Members of other coworking facilities may use the okcCoCo facility if a written statement is provided by their home facility.
Guests and Clients
okcCoCo members on a flex 12 day per month membership or better will be permitted to bring guests and clients onsite for the purposes of meetings to be held in the board room, conference room, fixed desk area or offices. Guests may not use the other facilities without okcCoCo permission.
Public and Theft Insurance
The okcCoCo insurance policy will provide limited protection for both members and their clients from injury and theft of belongings. Members part of a reserved area agreement have additional protections as specified in the reserved area agreement.
Business Mailing Address
The okcCoCo will accept mail and packages for members with a Fixed Monthly membership or better. The address of okcCoCo is 723 N. Hudson Ave. Oklahoma City, OK, 73102. Member's name, business name, or suite number must be part of the delivery address for proper routing. Importantly, only mail addressed with a suite number will be forwarded by the USPS in case of a change of address request. Mail and packages will be stored in the Secured Area.
Guest Passes
Up to four coworking day passes per month are available with each reserved suite agreement.
Reserved Parking
One 24/7 parking spot is reserved per office Suite.
General Parking
First-come first-serve parking is available at a number of lots in the Midtown Village, and is free to okcCoCo members. Two hour street parking is available on Hudson Ave and 7th Street. Metered parking is available on the east side of Hudson Ave.
