First-come first-served use of conference room

You will have the ability to use the conference room when not reserved or in use by other members for at most 2 hours. The conference room can accommodate up to 6 people. The conference room is intended for meetings, discussions, or work. The conference room door must be closed when in use in order to keep from disturbing others.
